"We have bought two campers from Tri-Am RV in Bulls Gap. Both times the sale went through fairly and smoothly. Any warranty issues were taken care of swiftly and efficiently. Recently we purchased a brand of travel trailer that Tri-Am does not sell. That dealer should take lessons in customer service from the staff at Tri-Am. We made appointments for service at the dealership from where it was purchased only to find the appointment was to drop off the camper so that they could look at it. There was even one time that they wanted an appointment to pick it up! Communication was awful, non-existent or deceptive. We vowed never to return to them and contacted Tri-Am for service, inspection and a check of the furnace. When we arrived at Tri-Am, two of the three issues were resolved immediately by their service techs. The third issue was taken care of before we came back to get it. Despite the fact that the camper was not purchased there, we were treated with respect and everything was taken care of in one visit. All our questions were answered and we drove away with a renewed faith in customer service. Thank you Tri-Am with a special shout out to the service department! I only wish I had gotten the names of the two gentlemen that took care of us to recognize them specifically.!"
