Did you know that the #1 cause of water leaks in your RV is improper maintenance to your roof and seams? Be sure to inspect your roof, seams, and seals every 90 days to insure that you catch a potential problem before it starts and becomes a major issue. Whether your RV has a wood frame or aluminum frame, water penetration can cause severe damage to your walls, floors, cabinetry, and more. Visually check all roofing material, caulk at every seam, around vents and other fixtures. Don't forget to check around the front and rear caps also. Properly maintaining your RV will guarantee years of enjoyable use.
